A large continental silver tea caddy of bombe form with engine turned decoration and loop finial, standing on four scroll feet.  Bears unfamiliar marks as pictured, most likely Hannau marks.  Tested and guaranteed solid silver.

 

 

 

Condition - Lacks original key and there is a slight rattle from the lock mechanism.  Some staining to the interior as pictured.

 

Measures - 16cms x 12cms, standing 14cms.

 

Weight - 405g.
